The experts at LaPlante deliver again! Since I work remotely, it is imperative that I have power at all times. Given our remote location, we frequently lose power (most often during working hours), and our generator has been a godsend. I was panicked when its normal test on Sunday failed, and LaPlante was able to get someone out on Tuesday. While we still need to wait on the part, the Technician arrived right on time & worked with my meeting schedule. Can’t thank this team enough!!

Wayne was very helpful with regard to the appropriate lighting for the garage. When the fan I bought was discovered to be defective, he waited patiently while I returned it to Home Depot and exchanged it for another fan. Fortunately, the replacement worked fine and he was able to install it without further issues.
