We are thoroughly enjoying our Daikin heat pumps that were installed by LaPlante Electric last month. From the initial sales call to installation, everything went smoothly. Our installation date was one month after signing the papers, yet they called us with an earlier date due to a cancellation. It was a nice surprise, but unfortunately, we were on vacation, so we kept our original date. On installation day, the crew showed up right on time and were very respectful when they were inside our home. One of the units was defective, which the technician realized right away. A new unit was brought out from the shop immediately. The outside installation looks great. The pipework blends in with our house trim, and the main unit is tucked in the corner of our house. Once the installation was finished, the tech explained in detail how to operate the units. We would highly recommend LaPlante Electric if you’re in the market for heat pumps.
