President Gets Involved.
LaPlante Electric Incorporated lends a helping hand to MDA of Maine. Michael LaPlante, President of LaPlante Electric, participated in MDA's winter 2003 lockup program. The Muscular Dystrophy Association was developed to combat neuromuscular diseases through many programs. LaPlante Electric and its employees have strong community ties and considers this participation as a way of giving back to the community which has allowed the Company and its employees to build a strong foundation in Maine. Michael raised just under $1,600.00 which will go towards helping those with this disease. Michael would like to thank all of the people and businesses who helped to make this project a success.
